چکیده
The linearized GW density matrix (γGW) is an efficient method to improve the static portion of self-energy compared that ordinary perturbative while keeping single-shot simplicity calculation. Previous work has shown γGW gives improved Fock operator and total energy components approach self-consistent quality. Here, we test for dimer dissociation first time by studying N2, LiH, Be2. We also calculate a set results in identical basis sets direct consistent comparison. approaches energies starting point based on high amount exact exchange. compare accuracy different functionals, which differ when evaluated with non-self-consistent or matrix. While errors among functionals points are small, individual show noticeable reference data. component smaller than suggest route improving evaluations adiabatic connection framework.

Linearized supergravity from Matrix theory
We show that the linearized supergravity potential between two objects arising from the exchange of quanta with zero longitudinal momentum is reproduced to all orders in 1/r by terms in the one-loop Matrix theory potential. The essential ingredient in the proof is the identification of the Matrix theory quantities corresponding to moments of the stress tensor and membrane current. We also point...
متن کاملVariable-density one-shot Fourier velocity encoding.
In areas of highly pulsatile and turbulent flow, real-time imaging with high temporal, spatial, and velocity resolution is essential. The use of 1D Fourier velocity encoding (FVE) was previously demonstrated for velocity measurement in real time, with fewer effects resulting from off-resonance. The application of variable-density sampling is proposed to improve velocity measurement without a si...
متن کاملQuantum Monte Carlo calculations of the one-body density matrix and excitation energies of silicon
Quantum Monte Carlo ~QMC! techniques are used to calculate the one-body density matrix and excitation energies for the valence electrons of bulk silicon. The one-body density matrix and energies are obtained from a Slater-Jastrow wave function with a determinant of local-density approximation ~LDA! orbitals. The QMC density matrix evaluated in a basis of LDA orbitals is strongly diagonally domi...
